Vince's Pick (Basil-Gin Mojito)

1) 2 oz Gin of choice

2) 1 oz Lime Juice

3) 1 oz Simple Syrup

4) Shaken with Basil

Note: Tanqueray Gin used, but I like to use Botanist Gin for more floral notes.

Megan's Pick (Spiced Pineapple Margarita)

1) 2 oz Gran Malo

2) 1 oz Pineapple Juice

3) 1 oz Lime Juice

4) 1 oz Simple Syrup

5) Mint and Pineapple garnish

Roses's Pick (Caramel Apple Fireball)

1) 2 oz Fireball Apple

2) 1 oz Lemon Juice

3) 0.5 oz Caramel Syrup

4) Top with Club Soda

Note: Club Soda used, but Sprite can be added for a sweeter finish.
